Announcement Forms

Engagement, wedding and anniversary forms may be completed and emailed to the Banner-News at [email protected] along with an attached photo. Printed forms may also be returned with a photo to the Banner-News office located at 134 South Washington. Announcements received by 5 p.m. on Wednesdays will run in Friday's Weekend Edition. Birth announcements are published daily.
