Farmers Bank & Trust recently held an awards luncheon honoring 10 outstanding team members. This awards ceremony celebrated the Bank’s core values which are built into the word HEART: Honor, Excellence, Adaptability, Respect, and Teamwork.
The following employees received HEART recognition awards: Ashley Staggs- Customer Care Center Supervisor in Magnolia, AR; Ashley Sutton- Loan Assistant in New Boston, TX; Haleigh Guidry- Retail Banker in Texarkana, TX; Jennifer Cheatham- Trust Ops Clerk in Magnolia, AR; Jessie Watson- Loan Assistant in Magnolia, AR; Keisha Hearn- Retail Banker in Malvern, AR; LaChunda Thomas- Branch Supervisor in Camden, AR; Lashunda Browning- Teller in Camden, AR; Matthew Griffin- Facilities Coordinator in Magnolia, AR; and Tommie Coon- Teller in Camden, AR. Each of those employees received a $250 cash award.
